El abuso sexual en la infancia se asocia con diversas secuelas psicológicas, entre ellas las conductas disruptivas. El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar la relación entre el abuso sexual y el desarrollo de estas conductas en población infantojuvenil. Para ello, se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura en bases de datos como PubMed, Scopus y Web of Science, siguiendo las directrices PRISMA. Los resultados evidencian una relación significativa, siendo los síntomas más frecuentes la desregulación emocional, agresividad y dificultades vinculares. Además, se identificó la alexitimia como un predictor importante del comportamiento oposicionista. Se concluye que la evidencia científica confirma la influencia del trauma en la desregulación conductual, subrayando la necesidad de intervenciones clínicas especializadas.
Childhood sexual abuse is associated with various psychological sequelae, including disruptive behaviors. The objective of this research was to analyze the relationship between sexual abuse and the development of these behaviors in the child and adolescent population. For this, a systematic literature review was carried out in databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science, following the PRISMA guidelines. The results show a significant relationship, with the most frequent symptoms being emotional dysregulation, aggressiveness, and attachment difficulties. Furthermore, alexithymia was identified as an important predictor of oppositional behavior. It is concluded that scientific evidence confirms the influence of trauma on behavioral dysregulation, highlighting the need for specialized clinical interventions.
