La violencia familiar y de pareja constituy2026e un problema de salud pública vinculado a diversos factores de riesgo. El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar los factores de riesgo que se asocian con la perpetración de violencia familiar y de pareja. Se seleccionaron 20 estudios empíricos publicados entre 2020 y 2025 procedentes de cuatro bases de datos: PubMed, Dialnet, Web of Science y SciELO con base en las directrices PRISMA. Los hallazgos identificaron como factores asociados al consumo de sustancias, antecedentes de violencia infantil, baja escolaridad, estrés, pobreza, desigualdad de género y normalización sociocultural de la violencia. En conclusión, se evidenció que el fenómeno analizado requiere comprensión ecológica e intervenciones integrales.
Intimate partner and family violence constitute a public health problem linked to various risk factors. The objective of this study was to analyze the risk factors associated with the perpetration of intimate partner and family violence. Twenty empirical studies published between 2020 and 2025 were selected from four databases: PubMed, Dialnet, Web of Science, and SciELO, based on the PRISMA guidelines. The findings identified the following associated factors: substance use, a history of childhood violence, low educational attainment, stress, poverty, gender inequality, and the sociocultural normalization of violence. In conclusion, it was evident that the phenomenon analyzed requires an ecological understanding and comprehensive interventions.
