Relational satisfaction constitutes a central indicator of well-being and stability in adult couples. The objective was to analyze the association between dyadic interaction processes and relational satisfaction in adult couples. A systematic review was conducted following the 2020 PRISMA guidelines, with searches in Scopus, Web of Science, SciELO, Dialnet, Redalyc, and ERIC. The findings showed that 75% of studies reported positive associations between emotional responsiveness, constructive communication, mutual support, and cooperative conflict resolution with greater satisfaction, whereas 25% identified patterns of hostility, withdrawal, and negative control linked with lower satisfaction. It is concluded that positive interactive processes constitute consistent predictors of relational well-being.
